Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Please allow extra transit time for delivery in such cases.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Express delivery is available only in limited PIN codes. We are continuously expanding the serviceable areas and will update availability accordingly.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur. For updates, email info@lilskart.in. Please allow up to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST) for a response.

We currently ship only within India and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed with such addresses may be cancelled due to non-serviceability.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Tracking numbers will be active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

Orders are shipped with a GST invoice as per statutory guidelines.
Lilskart is not responsible for any local taxes, levies, or other charges imposed during or after shipping. These are the customer's responsibility (excluding GST collected during checkout).

We take utmost care to package products with necessary protection.
In the rare event of damage, please contact us with clear images of the damaged product and the original packaging.
You may need to file a claim with the courier. We will support you to ensure a positive resolution and experience.

A flat shipping fee of USD 30 applies to international orders below USD 300.
Free shipping is offered on international orders above USD 300 (after discounts).
International orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.

International orders are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Indian national holidays are not considered business days for shipping purposes.
Customers are responsible for arranging any local documentation required for customs clearance in their country.
Lilskart is not liable for refunds in cases where customs denies clearance due to missing documents.
All custom duties, taxes, and levies imposed by the destination country must be borne by the customer.
If customs fees are unpaid and the shipment is denied, Lilskart will not issue a refund.
