Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lilskart, we strive to provide a delightful shopping experience. While we hope you love every product you purchase, we understand that sometimes situations arise where cancellations, returns, or refunds are required. Please review our policy below:


Cancellation Policy

We do not encourage cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we consider cancellation requests under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate orders placed for the same product and quantity within 24 hours.

  • Cancellation requests made within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.


Returns Policy

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy on all apparel items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at:

Important Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Please do not send the product back without confirmation from our team.

  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

    • The product is defective,

    • You received an incorrect item.

All product specifications (size, material, etc.) are mentioned on the respective product pages. Kindly review these before purchasing.


Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The returned product is approved after inspection.

  • The item meets our return conditions.

Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The item shows clear signs of use.

  • Packaging is damaged due to improper handling.

  • Items are returned incomplete, missing parts, or without our fault.

  • Return is requested after 5 days of delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—there may be processing delays.

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Customercare@lilskart.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at Customercare@lilskart.com before sending the item to our warehouse.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to your registered address.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
